As the service manager
at Kurt’s Harrison Avenue Service Center, Bob is continuously making sure the
mechanics are doing what it takes to keep our customers satisfied. He
is an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician and has been working
on cars since his teenage years. Bob enjoys his job because it gives
him the opportunity to solve problems, coordinate daily work loads and
meet many new people. Bob’s work is never done because he is
continuously searching for new ways to better serve his customers. In
his spare time, Bob enjoys gardening and cooking-out with his wife
Julie, his son Ryan and his daughter Melissa. |

David has spent 8 years in the automotive industry, always willing to go
the extra mile for our customers and his fellow co-workers as well.
David enjoys Import vehicles "Mazda RX7s" and auto racing.

Susan Morand
Office Manager

Susan has been the office manager for
Kurt’s for many years. She spends half of her day greeting customers
and helping at the front desk and the rest of her day is spent in the
office doing accounting. Susan’s most enjoyable aspect of her job is
the diversity and the opportunity to meet so many new people. When
Susan is not at the office, she enjoys swimming, crafts and working
out at Bailey’s Health Club. Susan also enjoys spending quality time
with her husband and two boys on camping trips.

Ellen Kurt

With her fascination with cars and her
husband's love for working on them,
Ellen became involved in the business back in 1975. Ellen is a
graduate of
Rock Valley College and the Accredited Automotive Manager Institute.
Ellen's knowledge of the automotive industry and her hard work and
dedication has been a major contribution to the success of the
business.
Being the vice president of this business is hard work, but meeting
new
people and helping customers with their vehicle problems is what Ellen
enjoys. When Ellen finds time in her busy schedule to relax, she
enjoys
collecting and refinishing antique furniture, painting and gardening.

Ray’s experience in the automotive
industry began many years ago when he worked in an auto shop to pay
his way through college. Ray earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree
from St. Louis University and continued his education by becoming an
ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician. Ray is happily married to
his wife Mary, which together they have raised their two sons. In
Ray’s spare time, he enjoys using his automotive expertise by
restoring the twenty old cars that he owns.
