Meet Our People
We attribute the success of our business to the association of loyal,
knowledgeable and energetic people who average over ten years of service
with our company.
Our technicians have been rigorously tested and certified by ASE, the
National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence. Chuck Kurt himself
is a Master Certified Automobile Technician, and he sees to it that his
management and service people are all ASE certified and have received in-depth training
in state-of-the-art automotive systems.
The majority of our technicians are ASE Master Certified
Our staff meets weekly for an hour and a
half in our class room where they review technical reading material, watch
videos of the latest industry repair procedures, attend training sessions
on customer satisfaction or even take notes from industry trainers.
In addition to the rigorous in-house
training, our staff technicians acquire outside GM training and attend
classes at Rock Valley College. Many of our technicians also attend
specialty schools and after-market classes as well. Trained in the
use of highly specialized diagnostic instruments, our technicians are able
to pinpoint problems quickly and precisely the first time. This
explains why our customers feel they are not only getting friendly and
courteous service, but knowledgeable advice and quality work - backed by
years experience.
